Standard delivery within the Channel Islands and United Kingdom is free. To qualify for free delivery you will be required to select the "free delivery" box during the check out process. Free delivery option may not apply during special promotional and sale periods and therefore will not be accessible to select at the check out.
Standard Delivery International
Delivery to addresses outside the Channel Islands and UK are charged by country. Delivery times and charges may vary. You will be required to select the delivery option during the check out process.
Priority (Next Day or Two Day) Delivery
Place your order on our website during Monday to Friday by 11 am and "next working day" delivery is available for orders to Guernsey, Jersey and most UK destinations.Rates are subsidised for packages up to 1kg.Parcels in excess of this weight may be subject to a supplement. Ensure you select "priority delivery" during the check out process.
Please Note:Some locations will take longer to deliver to (i.e. next two working days). These locations include Herm, Sark and some northern parts of Scotland and Scottish Isles.
Exceptions:We regret priority delivery cannot be used when sending an item to Admail, HM Forces or ROI addresses. Should you request next day (or next 2 working days) delivery to a location where this facility is not operational your delivery charge will be refunded and your goods will be sent by standard delivery.
Timed Deliveries Saturday and Sunday – Guernsey only
We are pleased to offer a timed delivery service in Guernsey between 10 - 12 noon on Saturday or Sunday.Place your order on our website by 11am Friday (or any time earlier than Friday) and choose your preferred day for delivery at the check out.Goods will be delivered between the hours of 10 - 12 noon and a signature will be required*.
Unfortunately, goods cannot be left at the delivery address without receipt of a signature as proof of delivery. *If there isn't anyone at the delivery address to sign for receipt, the parcel will be returned to the warehouse and will be re-sent under standard delivery via Guernsey Post.We regret in this instance the timed delivery charge will not be refundable.
Exceptions: There will be occasions where timed deliveries are not operationally possible - we will endeavour to advise in advance and this service will not show as a method of delivery during the check out process.
