Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are applicable every time you access and/or place an order for goods from our website. Before completing your order you will be required to confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous Terms and Conditions, representations, undertakings and agreements.
 

1. Acceptance of Your Order
 
We will send you an e-mail acknowledging your order.
Acceptance of your order will be deemed to occur on allocation of the goods to your order. The completion of the contract between you and us will occur when the order is dispatched, unless you have since cancelled the order. We may not accept your order for one of the following reasons:
1.       The product you ordered may be out of stock
2.       We may have identified a pricing or product description error 
3.       We may have been unable to obtain authorisation for your payment

2. Payment  
 
By submitting an order through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided are valid and correct and that, when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
 
3. Pricing Policy
 
All prices shown on the website are in £ Sterling and may change from time to time. Prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be applied at the checkout if your order is being dispatched to a destination within the European Community (EC). Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your chosen destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges.
 
We reserve the right to change prices at any time if there is a change to the rate of VAT and/or to add a delivery or administration charge. In the unlikely event that such price changes occur after you have placed an order and prior to dispatch, we will contact you giving you the opportunity to alter or cancel your order.
 
4. Delivery Charges and Special Delivery
 
Delivery within the United Kingdom and British Isles is free unless you choose a special delivery chargeable option. Delivery of orders to addresses outside the UK are charged by country and delivery times and charges may vary. Some postal addresses may not be covered by our delivery services. Free delivery may not be applicable during promotional periods and therefore will not be accessible to select at the check out.
 
5. Product Specification and Stock Availability
 
We have taken great care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are correct at the time of publishing. Slight variations may occur and we cannot guarantee that the product images you see on your pc are a totally accurate representation of the merchandise.
 
All items are subject to availability. Occasionally, when a product is popular or during sale or special offer periods, it is possible for a number of customers to place orders for the last items at the same time. This may result in an item being displayed as available when, in fact, it is sold out. Should items you order be out of stock, or delayed for any reason, we will contact you at the e-mail address you provided when ordering. If we don't receive a response to our e-mail we will process the remaining items on your order.

6. Sale and Promotional Incentive Terms

From time to time we may promote special deals, discounts and offers.  These offers are whilst stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time.  In addition we may offer incentives to spend a "specified amount" to receive additional discount.  The additional discount is only applicable when the "specified amount" is reached and the goods, up to and above the "specified amount" are retained after delivery.  Should any goods be returned which result in the retained goods value dropping below the "specified amount" the retained goods will revert to the standard price (as shown prior to the additional discount).  The value of the refund processed against the returned goods will reflect this.  Any VAT will be refunded at the rate paid at the time of order. 
 

7. Returns and Refunds Policy
 
We are happy to refund your purchase if it is unsuitable. Please return your purchase in its original condition within 10 days, remembering to include the completed returns form. The cost of postage and packing will be your responsibility and will not be refundable by OffHerTrolley. All refunds will be credited in the original form of payment.  Please allow 7 days for refund. We regret we do not take responsibility for parcels lost in transit from customers. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. We recommend that you return your goods by recorded or registered delivery. 
 
8. Incorrect Goods or Faulty Goods Delivered
 
In the unlikely event that the goods delivered are faulty or the incorrect goods are delivered, return postal charges at the standard rate will be refunded by OffHerTrolley. Incorrect or Faulty Goods delivered should be returned to OffHerTrolley within 7 days of receipt to guarantee a full refund. All refunds will be credited in the original form of payment. We regret do not take responsibility for parcels lost in transit from customers. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. We recommend that you return your goods by recorded or registered delivery. 
 
9. Cancelling your order
 
If you need to cancel your order please email back your "acknowledgement of order" e-mail to us at duffedit@offhertrolley.co.uk stating your intention to cancel your order. As OffHerTrolley always makes a great effort to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to stop an order being dispatched. In this instance please return the order, within 7 days of receipt. Where your order is returned to us within 7 working days of delivery to you, or you notify us in writing or by e-mail of your wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, the cost of your order, should a debit have been transacted, will be reimbursed in full. The return postage costs will be at your own expense. 
 
10. Copyright and Ownership
 
All content included on our website, is the property of OffHerTrolley.com or its content suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom copyright and database right laws.
 
11. Website Availability
 
We will do our utmost to ensure uninterrupted availability of the website however, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Your access to the website may occasionally be restricted to allow for maintenance and/or the introduction and loading of new goods. We may change the website, correct or update information at any time without prior notice. Except with regard to the descriptions of products and services available for order, we do not guarantee and are not responsible for the accuracy of any information provided on the website.
 
12. Internet Security
 
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else and/or is likely to be used in an unauthorised manner. Although we use advanced security measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and alteration, we cannot absolutely guarantee the security of your information provided over the Internet. Use of this site is entirely at your own risk.

13. Colour Accuracy Statement

We've made every effort to make the colours on screen match as close as possible to that of the individual garments. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match as the image colours will vary depending on your screen settings and resolution.
